Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
